Welcome Cornerstone Family Practice

OUR MISSION STATEMENT  "we strive to provide effective patient care for every individual at every moment"

Cornerstone Family Practice was formerly Mill Street Medical Centre, the doctor’s surgery at Mill Street was established pre-NHS and later a branch surgery was opened in Audenshaw.

The doctors and staff have happily served the population of Beswick, Audenshaw and the surrounding areas for many years. The current partners are committed to carrying on the tradition of a family practice.

We work closely together as a team and aim to treat all our patients with courtesy, respect and in complete confidence. We offer a full general practice service as well as specialist clinics for chronic disease management, ante natal, travel vaccinations.

We are a training practice so you may be offered an appointment with one of our trainees and they may ask permission to video your consultation with them, if you have any concerns about this please let us know.

Access

All clinical services at the main surgery are provided on the ground floor level. Access to the building is via the main door.  Disabled toilet facilities are also available on the ground floor.
